Feel limited by your current project management method or technology? Want to implement agile into your project? I help people learn about agile principles to improve their workflow.
Is this site for me?
Through this site, I try to introduce methods to improve the agility of your business (process and technical agility). So if you are a project manager who wants to introduce agile or a developer who wants to modernize the technology used, you will feel right at home here.
On this site, you will find comprehensive insights on agile methods, modern technology, and step-by-step guidelines on how they can be implemented into everyday business. The goal here is to make these concepts as easy to understand as possible, so they can be adopted into enterprises to spread the agile methods more.
Who is writing this?
I have been a front-end developer in Germany for over four years. In this timeframe, I worked on large-scale applications that served users across Europe. I also had the chance to help lead the agile transformation within the companies I work for. For this, we helped managers get agile certifications and helped them implement these agile principles into their daily business. I’m also a certified SAFe Practitioner.
After my development job, I am now a cloud migration consultant, helping companies achieve technical agility. These projects reach from migrating small applications to the cloud to migrating the whole company application landscape into the cloud and training the IT to manage and run this new infrastructure.
This way, I help businesses move their technology into an agile era and support the people adopt new systems to improve overall agility.
Why did this site get started?
I started this site because colleagues and friends often asked me to share some of my knowledge. Instead of writing them personally, I can share my knowledge with others so we can spread agile around the community more quickly.
